Using PayPal for your legal services

When you choose to pay for Legal Services from our site using PayPal, you will click the PayPal button that will be placed on the bottom of this page with the fee for your specfic case. 

There will be no PayPal button available at the bottom of this page until an agreement has been reached between you and James.

To use PayPal you must have or create a PayPal account!!!

To pay, go to www.PayPal.com and click on Official Site.

On the left is a box which says Account Login.  Log in if you already have an account. 

If you do not have an account with PayPal, at the bottom of this box is: New to PayPal? Sign up

The next PayPal page shows you the different account types.  Choose one and go from there!

A "PayPal Payment Details" page will open in a new browser window, displaying information about the transaction you are about to begin and prompting you to sign in to your existing PayPal account or to create a new account.

Once you have signed into or have created a new account, you will see a more detailed payment page where you can review details of the transaction.

To complete the transaction, submit payment to James's PayPal email address (james@jamesnealtilson-attorneyatlaw.com), and click the PayPal button at the bottom of the page. You will then see a page confirming that your payment was successfully submitted and then it will continue to a confirmation page.

The transaction process is then complete, you can now close the new browser window and return to the original window to continue exploring James's site.

Remember that each case, even in the same category, will be slightly different which will be reflected in the fee and the fee agreement. 

Also, for example, a Domestic-Family Law (Divorce/Custody) case fee agreement is not structured like a Criminal case fee agreement.

Our out-of-town or out-of-state clients have found that PayPal is a convenient way to pay for legal services.  Even some of our Yuma clients have used it since they wanted to pay with a credit card.
